Age

All players must be at least 18 years of age. Empire State Heroes is not responsible for any content observed by those who misrepresent their age. If it is discovered that a player has falsified their age to play on the game, their characters will be removed and they will be banned from the game.

All characters must be at least 18 years of age: physically, mentally, and emotionally.
